Ideation is a driving force behind the success and sustainability of our efforts as a team. In SIFE, we hold great value in even the most wild or seemingly insignificant ideas as it is they which often lead to incredible outcomes. So we look to capture and funnel ideas through our project development process. If you have an idea of how our team could better serve the community, a significant need or strength you believe should be addressed, or just want to give our SIFE Think Tank a challenge, we would love to hear from you through our contact form, posts on our Facebook page, or directly.
When our team members or individuals/organizations in the community have a more specific concept in mind, we utilize our simple Project Justification Form. Information on this form is immediately submitted to our Project Development team to explore possibilities for project or program-level development into a full proposal to be reviewed by our team. Once proper research and development has taken place, the proposal may be selected for official implementation as an operation of the La Sierra University SIFE Team.
